Ollantaytambo

Located in the Sacred Valley, Ollantaytambo is a small town that is famous for its ruins. It is one of the few places in Peru where people still live in ancient Inca buildings.

There are many things to do in Ollantaytambo. If you have time, you should consider taking a day trip to the ruins. However, if you do not have much free time, you can explore the town instead.

The ruins are located on a hill near the town. You can hike up the hill to see the ruins. You will need to pay a fee for entrance. You should also be aware that the area is very steep.

Sacsayhuaman

If you're planning a trip to Cusco, Peru, don't forget to check out the Sacsayhuaman ruins. The site was built by the Incas thousands of years ago. The ruins are situated on a hill overlooking the city.

Aside from being a tourist attraction, Sacsayhuaman is also a sacred site. The ruins were dedicated to the Sun God Inti. They are located in the Sacred Valley Peru, an area of Cusco known for its natural wonders and treasures.

The ruins of Sacsayhuaman can be accessed by foot or by a taxi. The route is easy to follow. Depending on your pace, it takes about 30 to 45 minutes. The ruins are less crowded in the afternoon and evening.
