Juventus is a household name when it comes to world football and has always been a name that instilled fear in rivals. They have won more trophies than any other Italian team and have had a variety of talented coaches not to mention the players.

Ranieri was best known for his time at Chelsea, and as his nickname suggested, he liked to 'play' with his team by setting up a rotation policy. Things didn't always go according to plan and he was openly criticized by both fans and the press.
Having had brief spells with Valencia and Parma, he has been on the Juventus bench for a couple of seasons and led them to third place in his first season after Juventus competed in Serie B as punishment for the now-notorious scandal of match fixing.
The current squad is packed with talent with players like Del Piero, Nedved, Camoranesi and Buffon. So it's easy to understand why Juventus can be favorites for the Scudetto this year, if they can topple Inter. Ranieri, however, has not shown too many characteristics of someone who likes to play; he may have learned his lesson. I realized that if he's not broken, he doesn't need repair.
Ranieri is taken seriously by the Italian press and should be respected for the way he has always displayed a professional personality both on and off the football field. I'm sure there will be a lot of good things to come, but we will always know and love him dearly as the 'Tinkerman'.
